All too typical government facility. Not my job attitude all over. It can take hours for the simplest task. Needs updating and a facelift badly. You will have a difficult time finding anyone who wants to be the slightest bit helpful. Parking is a nightmare.

Don’t bother getting anything done here they laugh in your face like they are owed something in life and you are below them. Only went here for shorter wait time and now I understand why it’s a shorter wait time. Never answers the phones and everything gets lost?

After reading some of the reviews, I thought I would have to wait a long time, just to get a copy of my birth certificate. There was no wait. I was out of there in 10 minutes. I had friendly service.

All the officers checking people in were courteous. To some degree, they have to raise their voices so the crowds can hear them, but you have to realize it's their job to maintain order and keep people safe. I went for a traffic violation, and was literally in and out in 25 minutes, including check in and walking back to my car, which was super far away. I was shocked! I thought I would have to be there for hours! Well, if I were there for jury duty, I suppose I would be. Anyhow, I had a very nice experience and am sorry so many people have not. Hopefully you will have a nice experience.
